Best dental eval EVER

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist or any medical facility but this by far was the best experience I have ever had. I was blown away by the fact I was handed a tablet PC to put in my info into rather than some horrible clipboard where no one can read my writing. The staff was incredibly friendly and more importantly I wasn't stuck waiting in some room unnecessarily. I was attended to as soon as I finished my patient form (tablet).

Both the hygenist and Dr Gretzula made the visit most enjoyable...perhaps I should get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year.

Dr. Gretzula and her staff are wonderful. They are caring and take the time to make sure everything is okay. During a recent cleaning, I was told I needed to do better w/ my gum care. I have had dentists become indignant in the past; this was not the case however, I was given options on how I could take care of the issue. Much better approach!

Dr. Gretzula and her staff are kind, patient and are simply awesome at what they do. My whole family uses this practice from my teen daughters to my parents who are in there 80's. Dr. Gretzula, Rhionnan, and Terri are great. I've been to a few dentists in my life and this is the best of all. Dr. Gretzula and Terri, the Dental Hygienist, are very gentle and informative in providing their care. They make you feel special and do their best to alleviate the fear of seeing the dentist. Rhionnan is very thorough, pleasant and patient in explaining all procedures and fees. She is also an organizational dynamo and is great at keeping the flow of information as well as patients moving in a easy course.

Going to the Dentist is never on the top of anyone's list, but my experience at Dr. Gretzula's office was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and compassionate which makes an uncomfortable experience much less stressful and pleasant if you can imagine going to the dentist as being a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived at Dr. Gretzula's office we were made welcome by the front desk. The receptionist, technician and Dr. Gretzula herself are extremely knowledgable of the techniques and procedures followed in this practice. Gentle and accomodating

Dr. Gretzula and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I needed a crown & at the time was pregnant with my 3rd child. Dr. Gretzula knew what she could & couldn't do while pregnant & offered explanations as to what she was doing & why. Her ability to give novacaine painlessly is truly miraculous. She truly listens to you & effectively cares for you. She doesn't do anything unnecessary to make a buck. When I went in for tooth pain, with my new baby laying on my chest, she examined me, gave me a toothpaste & suggested I try that before she do anything else. I had an inflamed gum & that little thing worked. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
